Return and Refund
1. Return and refund requests are limited to orders where the item received is defective, does not match the description, does not match the purchase order, or has custom content errors caused by us.
When there is a problem with the product you received, please take a picture of the outer packaging of the package you received and where the problem in time. Please try to ensure that the video or photos you take can clearly express your problem so that our customer service staff can quickly solve the problem for you as soon as possible, thank you!
2. Refunds only, only for unshipped orders. For customized product orders, if they have been put into production, we will deduct the cost and then refund.
3. Buyers who return and refund due to the buyer’s own reasons, such as buying the wrong product or not wanting it, need to bear the return shipping fee. After we receive the returned package and check it is correct, we will also deduct the shipping cost and return other expenses.
Refund Method
Fees will be refunded to your payment account. Payments made by credit card will be credited back to your credit card. Pay with paypal, the fee will be refunded to your paypal account. When we have confirmed the refund, we will send you an email or message to notify you. The arrival time depends on the processing time of the bank or paypal.

Please double-check the customized content to prevent mistakes. For some customized orders, our customer service will contact the customer for a second confirmation. Once an order is put into production, customizations cannot be changed.
